About the founder
Zdenek Kovarik is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with over two decades of experience. Having started his career in London, he has worked with top international hotel brands in Central and Eastern European countries. Zdenek holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management with a specialization in Marketing Communications from the Institute of Hotel Management in Prague, and an M.B.A. from Newton University of Applied Business. Zdenek speaks Czech and English fluently, Russian to A-Level standard and has a working knowledge of Croatian.
